Found exactly what I needed. Checkout was a breeze.
My first order arrived broken and when I contacted you, your representative was not helpful. I was told to order another one which I had to pay for, send you some pictures of how it arrived, no expedited shipping on the replacement even though I have not had hot water in 4 days.
Service department was helpful in getting the correct part.

Asked a question last night, got a response this morning, and the ordering process was smooth.
The ordering process was easy and smooth. Then I got an email saying the item was out of stock and there would be a 2-3 week delay. Then I goat an email saying the item had shipped. This was confirmed by a later email exchange. This is why I am giving a mediocre shopping experience rating.
The item arrived on time and was very well packed. However, it is defective and I will be requesting a replacement of the electronic controller. That is why I rated the product so low.
