I was working with lovely customer service, on a rush order, and spent three days getting the item perfect. The invoice is sent, it reads $264 CAD, I click check out and it changes to $359 CAD. They stood behind the screen shots, that I sent them, of the $264 CAD price, and fixed the computer glitch as a result. I absolutely love the keychains that I ordered and will absolutely order again. Highly recommend..

Ordered some club pin badges after a recommendation and was a bit nervous because the price was cheaper than other websites, but the customer service was so thorough throughout the design and shipping process. Our sales rep Amanda was quick to respond and make changes for us and sorted out a quick turn around for us. Pins arrived a day earlier than expected and they look fantastic. Will definitely use again.
