Handful pins came damaged and currently in talks with sales rep about possible solutions want to do future business and give redemption cause why not the customer service is what's keeping me around but I can't loose money on product.

The Erland Lee (Museum) Home - A National Historic Site of Canada, shares the story of the Lee family who built and lived in the Lee Homestead from 1808 - 1970; the Stoney Creek area; and the foundation of the Women's Institute, which was founded in 1897 in the Lee home's dining room.
As a small historic home, we were in need of updating our gift shop items. We thought it would be fun to have three new pins, that were the faces of Erland and Janet Lee and Adelaide Hoodless, the main founders of the Women's Institute.
Our customer service rep, Cathy was an absolute pleasure to work with. They helped us design and re-design our pins a few times, until we finally found the look we were looking for. They were super easy to order, and we received a great deal on them. Our pins were shipped and received quickly. Our pins are a hit with out returning visitors, and we look forward to purchasing more pins in the future.
Lucy was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable, and patient, and was timely in responding to all my questions and concerns. She is a great asset to the company and should be acknowledged for her eye for detail and amazing customer service. Take a bow Lucy you deserve it.
