Ordered 4 complete winter wheels from this company. Instead of 20 wheel bolts and 4 hub rings, they delivered only 10 wheel bolts and 4 hub rings. They refused to send the missing items or issue a refund.

I had to order the missing parts separately through Amazon.

There is no hotline phone number. For complaints, communication is only possible in writing via email or through a ticket system on their website. It takes an eternity for them to respond.

They tried to mislead me and said: "For 2 wheels you get 10 wheel bolts and 2 hub rings — that's correct," as if I had only two wheels on my car and had not ordered 4 complete winter wheels.

Unacceptable. I strongly advise against Grip 500.

I bought two demo Bridgestone tyres from this site, and one of them was completely defective. When the mechanic mounted it on the rim and inflated it, it turned out there was a big tear in the tyre. I immediately submitted a ticket and reported the issue. Now Grip500 claims they don't accept returns for tyres that have already been mounted. But mounting it was the only way to discover the defect! These tyres haven't even been on my car yet — but Grip500 clearly doesn't care. They're now telling me I can return the tyre at my own expense so they can "investigate" it — which, according to them, could take months. Absolutely outrageous. First they send me a faulty product, then they hide behind nonsense internal policies — as if those are above consumer law. Grip500 should have no choice but to send a replacement tyre, but they refuse. Ladies and gentlemen: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GRIP500. This is a complete SCAM.
