Never received the product that I ordered. Strung me along for a weeks, saying it was on the way. Was supposed to be there for christmas.
To be honest this place went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as a customer, not only with the product, but with my service! Would buy from these guys anytime for your grill needs
The customer service is great. I have a Weber Spirit 300 series grill. I bought the wrong part for the first time, the customer service staff communicated with me in time and replaced it with the correct part. The quality of the parts is very good, i am very happy to give them a good comment and Recommend them to my friend.
