I sincerely apologize for this. Your card was printed and mailed out the following business day as promised. From there we are dependent on USPS. Per our phone conversation, I mentioned that this order may still arrive any day now. Because USPS has not recently updated the tracking details and to assure you receive your order ASAP, I submitted a reorder free of charge and have that being mailed with priority.
