Very disappointing service!
I've been a customer for over 7 years. I was charged for 18 months for a credit card processing add-on that was never used, despite recurring monthly charges. Not a single warning or proactive notification was issued by the company.
When I contacted Morning, all responses boiled down to cold adherence to the terms, with no accountability on their part. After escalating, they offered a ridiculous amount ("a gesture" of ~50 ILS), compared to the hundreds of shekels charged over more than a year and a half.
All of this made me feel that the company doesn't really care about its long-term customers, which is very disappointing.
Everyone can draw their own conclusions.
I am, of course, no longer continuing with them.

The big features are AI, upload your expenses, and that's it. Well, it doesn't always work that way. Lots of uploading and manual work to teach the system.

If I wanted to do it manually, I could have done it with Excel.

Waste of $$$!
