Simply take the money, add fake twitter accounts that are deleted within a week. Unprofessional, unresponsive, liars, stay well clear off.
When we bought the twitter followers back in June 2017, initially they were quite receptive to correspondence and answered phone calls for the first month or so. Now, a year later, all the twitter followers they added have gone and they NEVER respond to emails or phone calls. I barely ever leave poor review but morally I had no option but to leave one in this case. Other people should not continue to get ripped off by these people. If it was possible to leave 0 star, I would. IGNORE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, THEY'RE LIKELY ADDED BY COMPANY STAFF OR ARE PAID FOR. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, avoid at all costs!
No after care for customers. Part of Excite Media Group Manchester. Avoid them too. I was chasing an issue for nearly 2 months, they do not reply to emails or answer calls. Should be shut down as there is no room for their level of poor service in my opinion.

I bought IG followers for a one off payment and then subsequently discovered this company has been taking unauthorised 'Subscription' payments from my Paypal account... over £85. And, incidentally, have had no service delivered anyway... Absolutely DISGUSTING attitude and customer service, this is one seriously corrupt company. I have been battling for a refund and frankly have had enough. Am so angry I am totally motivated to haul them through Trading Standards and am going to report to BBC Watchdog.
