The color I wanted was out of stock. The driver couldn't make it up our narrow and bumpy street, and my husband had to meet him at a different location the next day. The driver was rude and didn't help my husband load the mats into our van...instead, he dumped them on the ground and drove away.
Easy to use product search and ordering process.
The shopping experience was good (however, feedback thing at the end is kind of annoying). The item shipped quickly (note: I chose an in-stock item for this reason) and I received it right on time. I actually didn't expect the delivery until end of day but it was at the door by 10am. I only had it about a week but use it daily and the mat seems great (hence the name, I suppose): high quality, no complaints, just what I wanted/expected. For nearly the same price as competitor's product (caveat: to be fair, I'm comparing greatmats.com sale price to a full price), this mat has a thicker vinyl layer so expect it will hold up significantly better.
Good selections of product. Easy to order on site/prices better than local store.

It was a bit hard to search for what I was looking for on the site. I wish I could of entered in carpet tile 2 x 2 originally on your site and it would come up WITH ALL of the products only that you sell like that. Plus the pricing was a bit hard to understand at first and one seemed quite outrageous in price. Other than that, customer service was GREAT and I appreciated their email and emails to me!
