Wow, just Wow! I am extremely impressed with Greatmats customer service! I ordered FlexEdges, which are Borders for CarpetFlex and TileFlex Floor Tiles. Unknown to Greatmats, I had ordered my CarpetFlex Tiles from another company (hindsight being 20/20). The day after I ordered the Borders, I received a very nice email from Heather, a representative of Greatmats, questioning whether I really wanted to order these Borders, as they will only work for CarpetFlex or TileFlex Tiles. Greatmats did not have a record of me purchasing these tiles from them and was concerned I may be ordering the wrong product. I was stunned at their gracious proactiveness in trying to help prevent me from making a mistake. After my response to their email confirming that I wanted the borders, they shipped the product the next day.
