Too soon to tell

Easy to order. Received before expected.

The directions led me to believe I had to be at the house to receive my order. I contacted Fedex and paid $10.50 to have a specific window of delivery time. They did not follow that and dropped it all off on the porch and took my 10.50! I was also disappointed that the black tiles have whiteness in the center of each tile. Is that normal?

We got it to cover the door to our tornado shelter in our garage. It keeps leaves, dirt and bugs out of it. Also it protects the shelter when I park my car over it.

The website is not user-friendly. I attempted to order a product listed with free shipping along with another product without free shipping. The algorithm applied the full shipping charge (nearly $200) to the entire order. I was obliged to order the non-free-shipping items separately in order to get the substantial free shipping on the larger order. Moreover I received a number of damaged tiles.
