Trying to find carpet tiles to match and extend the tiles we already have. The google search was fast and your website was easy to use.

Second Order: We liked the carpet tiles so much, we decided to expand the tiles in my husbands work area.

I was a little shocked when I opened the first box. I was expecting a light tan color based on the color on the Internet; yet the brown/yellow is not a light tan, it was brown, almost burgundy in color. The color of the floor matched the room, so I installed it and the room looks great. Very easy to install.

Paypal popup payment didn't do anything (popup just disappeard after hitting submit with no more progress). Ended up paying with credit card directly

Customer service was great! I am not very "handy" and yet I was able to do a beautiful job putting in the tiles. It was easy and fun!

I'm thought they were going to lay a little flatter on the ground, but I think it will be ok.

It has been wonderful overall. Only reason I couldn't give five stars is that I called to ask if bleach could be used on a type of flooring. The person stated bleach couldn't be used on any of your flooring. I later read on your site that it can be used on the dog agility flooring at a 1:50 ratio.
