I love getting new boxes. Large yummy variety of very different snacks. Something for everyone; even my most picky eaters.
Love the large bags. Am still trying to order specific bags but until then I am very pleased. With them going from a list I choose, there is almost never an item I don't enjoy. I choose how often and can add extra or take a break. It's a very convenient online setup. I would definitely recommend this to others.

I had set my account to receive boxes once a month and then all of a sudden, I was getting a box a week of their overpriced snacks. They do not send you a confirmation of any changes to your account so you have no recourse to get a refund. It's your word against theirs.

In addition, I find their website very difficult to use. And I agree with the other comments that you should be able to rank the snacks in a manner that actually directs them to send you snacks you prefer instead of what they want you to try.

And to the "Starving Student", if you can afford Graze Snacks, you're not starving and have more money to waste than most. There are cheaper, just as wholesome snacks you can buy.

Graze has been a lifesaver for me! I'm a "starving college student" and having healthy snacks on a budget was nearly impossible until I found Graze. Not only are Graze snacks portable and affordable they are also delicious and nutritious. Plus, I adore the wide variety of snack options, the rating system, and the customizable options. Nothing beats the pure joy of opening the mailbox to find a Graze box waiting for me inside. I will continue to get Graze boxes and I will (and have) recommended Graze to several friends. Thank you Graze for providing healthy snacks that are keeping my grades up!

Price may appear a bit high, but the items are pretty good and they seem like a no hassle company if you want to change or cancel the service. My biggest problem is in the selection. Items are ranked Try, Like, and Love, but it doesn't seem to matter what you pick. I seem to have the same odds of getting any item. I've gotten boxes of only Try items and I've gotten Try items up to 3 times in a couple months with many other items never received.

I tried to cancel thru email. Said I would have answer ASAP. Well still waiting since Feb. 21. Order the 5 share box promotion offered for $20. Was charged $25.99. Had two promotions of $1 off on boxes. Still charged $11.99. Asked service every other week. Getting every week $11.99. Called phone number on charge receipt and cannot get a person. Sends you to graze.com email. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! WHAT A FAT SCAM.! SHAME ON YOU THEIVES! Calling my credit card and putting a fraud hold on my account. Will dispute all charges. You also will be reported to the "FBI"!
