I enjoy their snacks. If I don't like them I won't have to see them again. I do like their system on how well you like a certain snack. I have yet to need to contact customer service so I think their system is going well. I do wish their price was a little lower since my budget is starting to tighten up but I know their snacks are fresh.
I love Graze! It's so fun coming home to my box every other Monday! I've tried new things, loved most of the snacks, and look forward to the each beautiful package to arrive! I like the rating option to help customize future boxes! A delicious
Every Monday two things come in the mail... My paycheck and my Graze box and I honestly look forward to Graze just a bit more. When it comes on Tuesdays because of a holiday I feel empty because it's my throw in a bag meals for the week. I'm a clinician therapist and a professor so eating isn't exactly a luxery but I don't have to think with this plus it's actually proportioned and healthy?! I post a pic every week of my Graze box with pride.

I really like choosing and rating the Snacks I get. Everything's tastes fresh and healthy. I truly can't find snacks like this in the store. I wish it was a little cheaper because I am on a budget or that the boxes were a little bigger.
Many boxes in, I noticed I do not receive any of my preferred snacks, that I took the time to select on your website. You lied to me. Today I received my most recent box (8-snack as usual) and I only want to eat 2 of them. Why should I ever order another box? Custom to me? You lied to me.
I am quite impressed of how tasty the snacks have been... some not not a fan but the MAJORITY are very good... I have turned quite a few people onto Graze... thank you...
I get a surprise every week with my Graze box. It's great! It helps me to replace the normal "junk" snacks that I would otherwise be eating. Thank you Graze for helping me make better snack options.

I would like to see a frequent buyer program. Right now I order 2 boxes a month but would consider buying more upwards of 1 or 2 per week if there was a discount. At $12 a box it would be too expensive for me. My wife and I are teachers and love the conviniace of taking the boxes to work and having them to graze on :).
Also I like the healthy options. I really like the raw options like nuts etc ones that don't have any added preservatives natural flavore etc. but I would like to see more sweet options that are low in sugar, ORGANIC NON GMO CERTIFIED with no preservative added flavored etc. In this case I would actually be willing to pay more.

I love having my Graze boxes shipped directly to work... it ensures I have a healthy snack whenever the urge hits. I select the "sugar count" box which helps me keep added sugar in check... but I truly love it all!
I just love Graze and am so happy I heard about it. I have the boxes sent to my work place and I always have a handy little snack ready to go. I could pack a snack but it is so fun getting snacks you have never heard of and would never think of. I have tried all kinds of things- they taste amazing and are just the right size to satisfy your hunger without being too filling. Many are way healthier and tastier than I would think of. I love the nutritional info they provide and the way I can rate the snacks on how well I like them. It's just a wonderful company- customer service is top notch. It's a healthy treat right at your fingertips!

Answer: No give it a miss, you will spend much time trying to stop the payments, the so called free box is the carrot to tempt you it's far from free.
Answer: No its not safe to put in your credit card or bank info. Its very difficult to cancel the auto shipments
Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.

Thanks for using our service this lovely way:) Snack preferences are entered when logged in, so if you provide your niece with the email and password combination you entered, that will grant her access to this. You could alternatively log in yourself and do this with her or on her behalf if you prefer. I'm sorry we don't have a more simple process for gift subscriptions just now. This is definitely something we'd love to work on in future, so that more and more folks can spread the love with graze!
