Do you think that is morally right?

I spent 6 months and advertising for this site, hoping to receive $ 1,000, now that it is time to withdraw, it was pending since 27/11/2020 and did not deposit any money in my Payeer account! Why in these mental conditions and coronavirus disease should encourage people with false hopes?! Do you think that is morally right? On the other hand, by showing the videos inside the site, they seem to pretend that they have real payment, but this is not the case!
