In the Terms and Conditions, it says there is a 2 week revision period. I understand this, I read the long paragraphs. However, when my professor submitted my grade back to me (an F for a Scientific Review paper) that I paid premium quality for, the man in the chat known as "Steve", repeatedly told me there was nothing the company could do to fix my grade. He told me that it was "my responsibility to judge the quality of the paper". How am I supposed to know what my professor was thinking? I kindly explained to him that I was only asking for what I paid and even offered to forward my professor's comments. Long story short, if you ask for a refund or for a revision after the date, no one is going to help you out, even though you were a loyal customer for over a year. Do NOT use this company and if you see "Steve" in the chat, stay away from that a-hole.

After having too much homework to handle, I started looking for academic help and found out that there are companies that write assignments instead of students. I have to admit, I was interested and decided to order my research paper for the history class to be completed for me. The work was delivered on time, but the grammar and vocabulary was horrible. They offered me a revision but then delivered almost the exact same paper! The work was so bad, I had to write the research paper myself. I received only a partial refund for this horrible piece of work so I am very disappointed...

If you get a paper from here it will be written by an obvious non-native speaker of English.
You'd expect that to be disappointing but salvageable by just rewriting what they wrote in your own natural English, but the content is also totally worthless. Basically what you get is the equivalent Billy Madison's speech on the Industrial Revolution except in broken English.
Their website claims that they use native speakers with Master's degrees and PHDs. Big nope on both. And you won't get a refund.

I had made a $91 payment for a paper that wasn't done correct at all it was sloppy and it seemed like a second grader made it when I complain they charge me a $219 charge for a revision I contacted PayPal they said they would only give me a portion of my $91 one because I had downloaded the paper before and supposedly I can use it for the future which I agreed and got refunded $64 they try to also get a partial of my 219 charge I escalated the process because there was no way I was going to give them $219 for a download I already gave them a portion for they're fraudulent and gladly PayPal seen that I was right when I send them on my emails and a copy of the floppy paper they sent me I would never ever recommend this not even to my worst enemy there fraudulent

I recently ordered a paper to be written, and it was a complete disaster! In the details I provided them, I forgot to specify the style of paper. I specified everything else, but because I didn't mention if it was persuasive, argumentative, ect. So instead of asking for clarification, the writer took it upon himself to write it in a format that I have never seen before. It ended up just being an evaluation of the information I provided him. When I contacted customer service, I asked for another writer and they put me back in touch with the same one. They eventually elevated it, but they refused to take responsibility for not contacting me for clarification. I gave them a 10 day deadline, and they had it done 3 so they had plenty of time to ask me.

I can vouch for all the complaints on here. My writer clearly doesn't speak English as their native language. I was appalled at how many grammar mistakes there were and I am not a grammar nazi, it's just that most 2nd graders would notice. NEVER pay these people, I should have known when they called me to confirm my order and I could hardly understand their accent.

ALSO, did anyone notice all the 5 star reviews sound like they're written by grade miners and that is the only review the person has ever made? They all are eerily similar and give random details normal people don't. I highly advise you stay away.

One last thing, THIS can be found on their website terms and conditions: "By doing a chargeback, you agree to give up all your rights to the Paper automatically. At the same time, you authorize Grademiners.com to publish the completed Paper and start an authorship procedure that will allow us to determine if you have ever used any parts of the Paper. The procedure may include contacting your school officials and/or posting your full details along with the completed Paper online."
