We used Justfly.com to book tickets for our church missions trip to help orphans in Zambia. One of our team members could not make the trip due to his college class schedule change. We were not looking for a refund but to simply cancel one ticket but Justfly.com demanded $150 "fee" to forfeit this ticket. Additionally, all the fees and taxes for this unused, cancelled ticket will be kept by Justfly.com. When on the phone with them, they just put you on hold for several hours literally while stating that the "supervisor" is still busy. It is unethical and illegal to keep the taxes on a transaction that has not and will not happen. The airline (British Airways) informed us that Justfly should refund the taxes and fees. Justfly tactics are to put you on hold until you finally give up. Absolutely unacceptable! We fund raised as a church for a long time. HELP!
