I had to warm up my oven and reheat the pizza, it was fairly warm. But the mushrooms and the cheese were very good
Menu options aren't clear. Account creation seemed weird and didn't require confirmation, they used to use Grubhub which I made an account on and had rewards on and now that's apparently worthless. The new website looks less legitimate than before and the branding colors are basically an assault on my optical nerves.
Ordered and was told 30 minutes. Went to the restaurant and waited and waited. Several-times I asked the person at the desk if he could check on it. He was totally swamped and overwhelmed. He asked and came back to say he really had no idea where the order was or when it would be ready. I asked to speak with a supervisor. She came and said she could start making the order but, it would be 30 minutes. It was well over an hour snd they hadn't even started it! I asked her to cancel as I was heading to an event and she said I had to call Grabull cuz she was busy and she could try to call-later to cancel I called Grabull and they were helping cancelling the order

$25 min order but wouldn't allow me to order when $25 min was met. Had to order more items I didn't need to allow food to be delivered.
Interface with apple iPhone doesn't work well—doesn't bring up auto-credit card fill.
The cc expiration date would not take mm/yy... it would only take mmyy without a slash and rejected my cc the first time...bummer
Ordering is very easy. I took off a star because when I checked out it was a little confusing, it wasn't clear that the tip and indeed been added.
The site was easy to use easy to find what I needed and very easy to check out and place my order
Feel the service could be better. Also the food is cheaper if you just call and order from the restaurant... then you ask for a donation to a covid relief fund and for me to tip? You guys okay over there or just reaching out for handouts...

Mike's Restaurant in Somerville has partnered with Grabull for deliveries. My recent order of 3 very different subs for lunch arrived hot and on-time in spite of being surrounded by major street closures due to utility and paving work. Thank you for your contribution to a memorable lunch!
