Overall very poor experience, never doing business with them again. Purchased a magazine for my Tikka through them online. Good price and reasonable shipping. This was a new gun and I was still in the process of shopping for a scope for my set up. Anyways it was a several months before i had the rifle together and had a chance to break it in. After about 40 or so rounds the magazine failed and wouldn't feed correctly. I contacted GrabaGun for and rma, they sent me one and I sent it back. I then get an email telling be they won't take back the defective Item they sold me, and they sent it back to me. Now I am stuck with a defective magazine that I paid shipping on twice, they didn't even offer to refund my shipping costs! Next time I'm going with a retailer that has a sense of responsibility and knows what customer service is.
Grab a gun has en extensive selection of firearms and holsters at amazing low prices! They are a family owned company out of Dallas Texas. They add new inventory daily and often have great items on sale.
Have ordered from these guys multiple times. I have encountered only a couple of minor problems with orders, but each time they are quick to correct them. Their customer service is also usually quick to respond to any emails and are very courteous.
