This company is def a scam. Pictures of dresses on ipolicy before ordering and they do not follow through. No one will contact you for weeks. No return address is ever given to you. They tell you to get it altered if it doesn't fit. They ask for pics of the dress and say it looks fine on you. Don't know how they can get away with this but you won't be satisfied with purchases on this site and you will be unable to return anything purchased.

I ordered a dress for my Granddaughter's wedding. When the dress arrived I was very dissapointed in the fabric. Then when i went to try it on it was way way too small even though I measured myself and went directly off their size chart as what size to order. Now the fun begins, I want to return the dress and they are telling me it was made in China and it will cost me way too much to return it. So, they have offered me 10 percent of the total price which was $260.00. What a joke that is. They also have told me that the dress has to go to China and they are in England so it will take up to 2 months to refund me the money. The dress has to be sent to China first. This is absolutely a complete SCAM. I would recommend that no one should ever order anything from this company. I fell in love with the picture of the dress and never read any of the reviews until after I received it. That was a huge MISTAKE! These people are crooks and SCAM artists at the best. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Also they have never even given me the address in China to ship it to...

I received my gown about a month after I ordered it by mail. It was wrapped up in a ball like fashion, then plastic and then paper with my address on it.
The dress was far too small even though I provided my specific measurements! I have contacted the company and have been emailing back and forth for at least 3 months now with someone that cannot write in proper sentences. They make promises of a partial refund. As of yet, I haven't seen a dime. They are crooks and if this site would let me I would use profanity.

Returns are impossible even though they tell you can, the dresses are completely different from the pictures! The fit is horrible and the quality. Please be careful when you buy. I thought it was a normal website.

I ordered a gown for my son's wedding, the wedding WAS May 7th. They charged my card immediately one month ago and still no dress. They only offer e-mail correspondence and take days to respond. The week before the wedding they sent me invalid tracking info. They sent the correct tracking info two days AFTER the wedding which showed it hadn't even left China! I have filed a claim against this company and will not accept delivery if they it ever comes. Shame on this company, Dishonest and rude.

I ordered a dress over a month ago and still haven't received it or given any shipping information. I emailed the company to cancel my order and issue a refund, because the day I ordered it was the day the charged my credit card, I AM FURIOUS! I have been emailing for a week and getting no where. But trust me, I will get my $280 back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Totally unsatisfied with my purchase. Unprofessional packaging to begin with. The dress came in a zipper bag with no return address or packing slip. It was a custom order so I paid extra for specific measurements that I haven't received. Not one of the measurements matches what I ordered and I've been refused a refund for their obvious mistake. Now I'm out $350 and still don't have a dress. Save your money and go elsewhere!

I purchased a dress and what I received was not what they advertised. The pic they show has beautiful lace with finished edging. I got cheap pieces of lace sewn on tulle with the tulle turned under with a straight hem accompanied by stray strings sticking out. Numerous attempts to return the dress has failed. They will not give me a return address. They have not responded to my last email. The green is the dress i ordered in blue. The blue dress is what i recieved. Not even close. The sleeves are also shorter.

I ORDERED A DRESS FOR MY SON'S WEDDING. THE DRESS WAS RECEIVED ON TIME AND UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS A USED DRESS NEATLY DRY CLEAN. THERE WAS NO MANUFACTUING LABEL, NO TAG OF THE SIZE AND IT WAS BIGGER THAN ME. THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE RETURN ADDRESS OR A FULL REFUND. I ENDED TO RECEIVE ONLY A SMALL PORTION OF MY MONEY WITH LENGHTY EMAIL BACK AND FORTH. I DO NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO WAIT HER/HIS MONEY AND TIME BUYING A CLOTH FROM THIS COMPANY. PLEASE STAY VERY, VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Gownsme is the WORST to deal with. I wanted to return a dress I got because it was all wrong, they said the manufacturer said it's beautiful and I should keep it! Um no, then the said they wanted me to pay for the material cost cause it was custom. Again no, it was stock from the web and what? I should pay for the material! We are 3 weeks into this and no end in sight, they won't provide an address or phone number. Don't, just Don't.
