The website is full of information and wonderful products. It is easy to navigate and to order successfully.

The product went from Chicago area to Wichita to Chicago and Wichita and then me at McPherson which is much closer to Wichita. That caused an extra 2 day delay. It was sent by USPS. Like product and customer service, but shipping stinks.
