I strongly suggest to all to stay right away from this gotogate company that is based in Sweden. I booked three tickets in June and never received them nor a refund until I took it to the consumer affairs tribunal in Newcastle in which they had to refund the full amount to me immediately. And from reading many other reviews of people being stung by Gotogate its a wonder that the authorities have not shut them down or and jailed them for false advertising and theft.That one star was done by mistake that I could not delete it for I wanted minus five stars.
A big scam! Please can someone help me! I don't know what to do … its been 10months, they still haven't REFUND me for the flight they canceled… they say the same thing each time that it's in process… they owe me 1600 euros! I don't know how to get my money BACK. WHO DO I CONTACT to attack them? Thank you for helping!
