Their site ranked high on google search so I assumed it was reputable. They have deceptive urgency practices (limited tickets, running timer), which don't correlate to reality. The only reseller notice was a small banner. I found out after there were plenty of tickets, but at half the price I got them for.

I purchased 4 tickets to The Wizard of Oz at Sphere (Oct 16,2025) through GoTickets and later discovered that better seats were still available on Ticketmaster for over $100 less per ticket. That's a $400 difference for the same event. Despite multiple attempts to contact GoTickets and provide documentation, customer service declined to help or offer any price adjustment. Their "all sales final" policy feels unfair given the clear price discrepancy and the fact that tickets remain available elsewhere. I'm posting this so other buyers can make informed choices and double-check prices before purchasing from resale sites. I'll update this review if the company decides to resolve the issue.

If zero stars were an option, that would be my rating. This review reflects my direct experience as a paying customer of GoTickets. I purchased tickets totaling $806 for an event at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta. The event was cancelled due to weather and rescheduled for a date five months later. I am unable to attend the new date. I contacted GoTickets to request a refund. The online representative stated that refunds are not provided, offered a 10% promotional code, and directed me to a thirdparty resale link. The first escalation representative offered a $100 promotional code and a $75 partial refund. The second escalation representative offered $200 and stated I could keep the tickets. She said she would follow up within 30 minutes, but no followup occurred. I emailed customer service again and received the same response: refunds are not provided under their policy, even though the event date was changed by several months. This review is intended to inform other consumers of my experience. Based on the company's stated policies and the handling of this situation, I cannot recommend purchasing tickets through GoTickets. User's recommendation: Do NOT purchase tickets from GoTickets.

CAVEAT EMPTOR! Buyer Beware! When searching for tickets to an event at a nearby arts festival, I made the mistake of clicking the top result of my web search. I went through the motions of buying the tickets distractedly, noting the high price but assuming the proceeds were supporting the nonprofit organization. Only once my credit card was processing did I notice the GoTickets logo in the top lefthand corner. I immediately checked the venue's own website and realized that I had paid more than twice what I should have for the tickets. Within seconds, I initiated a chat with a GoTickets representative, and this resulted in conversations with four different individuals. I was refused a refund and I am LIVID. To make matters worse, the arts festival tells me that the "tickets" I was emailed are probably not valid and I am out hundreds of dollars. This is actually the first time in my life I have been scammed, and I am mad at myself for my inattention, but FURIOUS with this company for it's fraudulent, unethical behavior. BOOK THROUGH THE VENUE DIRECTLY. Know this company engages in price gouging AND that the "tickets" they provide most likely will NOT be accepted at the venue. It is disgraceful and unethical. Anyone who works for this outfit should be ashamed of themselves.

Do not buy anything from GoTickets! GoTickets is running a deceptive and unethical operation. I purchased tickets through their site at more than twice the price being offered directly by the venue. The listing included no seat numbers or meaningful ticket details—only vague information under the guise of a "100% Buyer Guarantee." That guarantee means nothing when the company refuses to respond to refund requests or even acknowledge customer concerns. After realizing I had been misled, I contacted GoTickets multiple times to request a refund. I received no reply—no support, no explanation, just silence. This isn't a case of buyer's remorse—it's a fraudulent transaction disguised as a legitimate sale.
