"I had a terrible experience with GothnRock.com. Not even 10 minutes after placing my order, I realized I accidentally bought two of the same top. When I reached out to customer service to fix this, I was told that my order had already left the store for delivery. Bull$#*!! How is that even possible 10 minutes later? Their customer service was absolutely lacking, and they showed no willingness to help or correct the mistake. It's a shame, because there are plenty of other stores just like this one. Caveat emptor—buyer beware! I'll definitely be shopping elsewhere from now on."

I bought a leather biker jacket on line. It took more then 1.5 month to arrive... Subsequently it was the wrong size, despite me inquiring by them for the best option. And then it starts: you need to send it back on your own cost to CHINA! With tracking that costs 80 euro, that's 5 euro less then the price of the jacket. This is completely unacceptable. Moreover, the jacket is advertised on their website as a leather biker jacket. There is zero leather in it. The entire jacket is made of plastic — it even says so on the garment label... This type of fraud needs to stop! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
