I subscribed for the past year. During this time the service materially underperformed a basic S&P Index strategy. The daily emails and trade alerts are helpful clear. It is relatively easy to follow and implement the trades. The reason it underperforms seems to be focused around reward to risk ratios. The 1st target where they recommend selling 75% usually has reward to risk that is < 1.0 while the 2nd target is < 2.0. The targets can move before being hit, but the math behind this money management suggests that a high win ratio is needed to make the numbers work. When the market drops stops do protect which is good. But it is hard to make up the losses when the targets are so tight. Additionally, after stock prices drop causing stops to be hit, the new buy signals do not happen fast enough to allow an investor to get back in to capture the next round of profits. No question they have some winners, but the overall performance is not as strong as a set it and forget it index strategy.

Praise be to GorillaTrades. I have been trading stocks with GorillaTrades for about a year, now. Ken Berman and his staff have built a stellar business model that is second to none. The Gorilla has the subscribers best interests at heart, always, with his transparency and forthright commentary in an effort to keep his subscribers on track to enjoy bigger and better gains. For those who do not want a "set it and forget it" strategy and don't have the time or knowledge to do their own research, the service is perfect. This is the second time that I have ventured into the stock market. Fortunately this time I found Gorilla Trades before I really started. I have been very impressed with the service. With a small starting account, I was able to almost make the entire subscription fee in the 45 days of the free trial. It was not a hard decision to go ahead and sign up. I would recommend this service to anybody that is wanting to start investing, as long as they really pay attention to their risk limit.

I found what I was looking for years! Honest approach, clear rules, no fake. Constant professional contact with the system creator. Everything explained in the tutorial. I've subscribed to Gorilla Trades for going on two decades. I wholeheartedly recommend organization! The only regret I have is that I took a decade to test the waters. I would be far ahead had I just done what they had told me to do. These silverbacks are pure gold. They have passed everyone of my backchecks, suspicions and personal investigations. When I think of them, I think of Robert Frost and his wonderful poem, Nothing Gold Can Stay and worry that even perfection will end... Nature's first green is gold, her hardest hue to hold. Her early leaf's a flower; but only so an hour. Then leaf subsides to leaf. So Eden sank to grief. So dawn goes down to day. Nothing gold can stay... and I cry at the thought. I love these guys!

I've subscribed to Gorilla Trades for 4 years, and have had consistently good results. I especially like the way the Gorilla provides buy and sell parameters, and emphasizes in every communication the importance of risk management and use of stop losses. If you want story telling and your time wasted, the Gorilla is not for you. But if you want specific trigger and confirmation levels, requiring minimal time each day, you'll find few better than the Gorilla.

I like the gorilla. You get the email each night, check out the latest stocks, and then buy whichever fits your needs. The options recs are a nice bonus too! Some people expect a service to be 100% spot on all the time, which isn't realistic- not even for buffett. I follow the gorillas recs but still do my own DD and I've made money every year with the service. I've even recommended friends and gotten a reward for each referral. I recommend the gorilla!

Their trade recommendations throughout this year have been a huge flop. They only provide bullish call spreads and recommend you invest 5k in each trade. So late last year when the correction happened i lost my shirt on their recommendations. The first problem is they don't have a stop loss system. You have to manage your entry and exit points. All they do is send you a e mail when its time to close the trade.
The success numbers they publish are not realistic at all. If you include the amount of times you would exit when your stop losses are hit those numbers would be put to shame. Basically they don't have an exit strategy at all -its a go figure out your own kind of thing.
Their customer service sucks as well-no phones just e mail. When i gave them a reality check they just stopped responding to my e mails (showing they don't care).
Last quarter of 2018 when the correction was happening they were still recommending bullish trades. They are simply losers and you don't want to pay somebody (even $499 for 2 years which is their lowest fee) to provide you with bunch of losers and no exit strategies in place.
Save your money please folks.

I heard of gorilla trades through a friend and decided to give their 30 day trial a go. What did I have to lose. To my surprise, And as a beginner investor, I quickly had everything I needed without even expecting it. Gorilla trades is not just stock tips, it's a learnable system compounded by tips and tricks delivered to you almost daily. And by following the tutorial steps during early membership, you're taught the strategies of "the gorilla", and how to put them into practice under their rule book.

The one thing I love (and what keeps me hooked) is their midday and closing day update emails. Even if you're busy and can't get a look at the markets, your inbox is pelted with a synopsis of the market at noon, and then a conclusive recap at the end of the day of what occurred and how the system's picks faired.

Originally I thought this was something I could get in and get out of, but without my midday updates and the online members area keeping tabs on all the gorilla trades picks, I'd need to make stock research my full time job.

I'm not sure what similar systems offer, but the best part was the 30 day free trial and how it takes you through the gorilla trades system in steps. Can't go wrong with this one.

I have been an investment advisor for over 50 years & have been subjected to all kinds of investment letters & firm recommendations through the years & I have to say that Gorilla trade has been the best I have seen. Very simple for anyone to follow. You have a stop loss figure that most advisory letters don't ever do. You have target points that hopefully you hit. When the first is hit you sell 75% & let the rest run. Most people always have trouble selling & this is very straight forward. Jim T
