The website and a customer service rep both told me the item was in stock and would ship next day. It was not in stock and shipped 5 days later. Gordon Electric had several opportunities to solve the issue but was neither proactive nor responsive in the resolution. Instead, at their direction, my staff was required to do the extra work to solve the issue. By purchasing from Gordon Electric, I lost time and money.
Thrilled to find a replacement filter to fit my mom's rangehood, as it is an older model. Even more thrilled that Gordon Electric Supply is US (and IL) based...doesn't get more local than that!
