Nice website... needs to be optimized for Safari on mac though, as the shopping cart has no checkout buttons (Yikes!) not good for business. I had to sign into my account from a different browser in order to checkout. Not many people would go that far, and would just leave and shop elsewhere. Products were good, but there is an inconsistency on what it says in some listings, on the bag, in the instructions and what the product can actually be adjusted to. Both products can be set to 5/8,7/8 and 1-3/8", as shown in the instructions, but it states differently on the bag as well as on the company's own website. This needs to be updated to avoid unnecessary confusion.
Gordon is my hidden gem. Once again Gordon came through and save us and our customer a ton of money. We got an electric magnetic hold open device for less than half the price of competitors.
