Great Prices and customer service was good. I called once about the status of my shipment and never received a call back or an email from the customer service representative I spoke with. The rest of the times I received excellent customer service, especially from Ashley Ramos. I was disappointed in the delivery time in which it took 27 days to receive my products I ordered. The price for the products was exceptionally low. Overall the experience was satisfactory and I would try gordon electric out again just to see if I would have a better experience the second time.
Quick quote by email and answering the phone. I thought I would get an alert when the delivery was made to the job site but didn't. My neighbor noticed them and brought the 4 boxes in from the driveway and out of the rain.
