Shipping cost is high. Received range hood filter that was bent because shipping box was too small. Called and was sent a another filter no charge and that filter had dents on filter but will keep it.
Search was difficult but was able to find what I needed. Just wish I could have placed one order instead of two and saved 95 shipping. Later shipping was increased 200$.
The first delivery had a damaged part. You corrected it quickly by sending a replacement part that arrived yesterday and I was able to finish my project on time without a problem. I appreciate the customer responsiveness and will recommend Gordon Electric to other customers.
