Order was shipped and signed for by someone else, did not come to me. Re-shipped immediately. Did not stock what I purchased so I had to get an alternate. Drop shipped from manufacturer. It's a great business model if you want to work out of your living room.

Thanks for the quick turn around on the order. Our clients loved that we could match their bathroom color scheme with this timer switch.

I received the correct part in a timely fashion.

Finally found from one supply company all of the electrical products I needed. Difficult finding needed products in gray to match the newly painted walls!

Would have liked to see other products as I am doing more online shopping not only because of the virus but at 89 yrs. Old have severe balance issues.

Nothing technically wrong with anything. Just can't seem to find a wall plate the right size. Needed one that is just 1/4" larger, but all good. Communication throughout was good. Site is a little difficult to navigate for someone not in the field, but complete. Lots of options and fast shipping.

I had a problem with UPS failing to deliver the order and contacted Gordon and they made it right.
The order came the next day - which was actually before the originally quoted delivery date.
