Unfortunately, UPS I believe lost the package and I had to go to a UPS office for them to track since the tracking info I received was incorrectly showing it to be an hour from my location, but it turned out to be back in IL. Either it was here and returned or never really left, either way I finally got it. The shipping cost was as much as the merchandise.
Returned this product for a different color. Brown in picture does not match brown of product.
Will order again on the future
Would have liked to see a little quicker fulfillment and shipping time but everything worked out ok.
Hit some snags on the shipping page. Had to click on an update link to be able to move to the next page. The housing from my 769RL is in the ceiling. The carpenters who did the demo, threw the unit out even tho' in the re-use area.
