Easy to navigate site and find what I needed. When I received my order I realized that what I ordered was the wrong size. I contacted customer service and was given instructions on how to return the items and receive a refund. It was an easy process.

Gordon had the items in stock, but the price was considerably higher than competitors. I would not have purchased from Gordon if the parts were not needed ASAP.
