Easy to use with plenty of technical data on what I was buying. No phone call needed. Economy shipping was sufficient enough. Could not find this on Amazon- who's options were more expensive
The only issue that I had with this order was the lack of shipping information. I didńt receive a tracking number and when I called to check on the shipment, no one called me back. Otherwise, everything went well.

Quick and easy. I have no problem with the company or service I received. I got the order which was the same number that was on the old light bulb and it looked the same in the picture but when I got the order the bulbs did not fit. I went to the post office to return them and they said it would cost about $40 to return them and then I went to UPS and they said the same thing. I only paid about $31 so returning them would be stupid on my part. I guess I will just toss them.
Order process went well. Took a long time to get product. Have to get product installed and test before having much of a valid opinion
