I hope UPS doesn't take 3 weeks to deliver this small part, as they recently did with an identical part from a different company.

Not all instructions are that clear such as use of ZIP code or ZIP+4, whether spaces are needed for credit card number.

The pieces were well protected. The box was damaged and I was worried but all OK.

Simple process. Product worked perfectly. Shipping cost is high for a small item.

Delivery took a bit longer than expected and was delayed by UPS...the product price was great but shipping costs were a bit high (it cost more to ship than the actual purchase price of the product).

Working with your web-site was easy. The blue outlets are perfect for my project. Problem was UPS - they lost my package - it took 2 weeks to arrive. The contractor had to hold up finishing my project until the outlets arrived. They were installed within a 1/2 after UPS finally delivered them.

Used Gordon years ago when i was in the solar trade. Had to replace a failed meter (not yours). Excellent company as usual. Thank you, John
