Only recommendation is to update the website. I had a doubt about buying fromhere, but i read the reviews and it cleared my doubts. (i had trouble with other website before). Thank you.

Other recommendation is to lower the price for shipping.:-)

A knob replacement order should have the option to choose an envelope to be shipped in not UPS ground options on up. The knob is $1.25 and can be mailed in an envelope. $10.30 for shipping is ridiculous.
