Great service. I actually returned some things I ordered and the return process was very smooth. I will go back to Gordon Electric when need it.
Tough part to fine and you were the immediate 1st choice on the web search. Best price as well.
Thank you. Easy to navigate and great prices. GREAT service.
Only recommendation is to update the website. I had a doubt about buying fromhere, but i read the reviews and it cleared my doubts. (i had trouble with other website before). Thank you.
Other recommendation is to lower the price for shipping.:-)
Easy to use website, great prices
Thanks
I didn't realize that I would need a separate power adapter for the equipment I ordered. I do not remember if the product page specified that it did or did not have one.
Quick and easy to order. Good price.
Easy to find products I needed. No communication on ship date or tracking numbers.
Very Good!
I receuved the product and there were to many of the items, I called and they said I could return one but have not received anything from your company (return authorization)
Found things that I couldn't scare up locally!
A knob replacement order should have the option to choose an envelope to be shipped in not UPS ground options on up. The knob is $1.25 and can be mailed in an envelope. $10.30 for shipping is ridiculous.
Clear cut, quick, easy!
Answer: They offer refunds but will scam you of your time -- they put literally every electrical part to ever exist on their website and sell it to you... then they try and order it from the manufacturer. They sell you items that they don't have.
