Phone help was v good too
Had to re-glue rubber seal on bottom of one-shot ceramic molds after ruining several installs because seal was not properly attached. Now I just glue every one and don't take any chances.

Placed my order... but the order was never shipped. After waiting 7 business days, I contacted Customer Service to get an estimated delivery date only to learn that my order had dropped through the cracks.
I am shopping to change suppliers and you definitely dropped the ball with this first experience with Gordon Electric.
Question regarding included parts (motor included; RE: call taken by Woody) was answered promptly and professionally. Price, including shipping, was below that of competitors. Door to door delivery time was within 48 hours of placing order.
