I needed a product, i contacted customer service to ensure immediate availability. When that was confirmed, i placed the order and arranged all logistics to start the job. A week passes and no delivery, I contact customer service and they informed me the product is not available until the end of october. I had to delay the project. Waste of my time.

Great ordering experience, quick processing, and earlier delivery than expected. And a pleasant surprise: the new controller came with complete installation instructions. Total repair took me about 45 minutes.

I've used these lamps before in my shop building and they worked out great. My house garage lamps needed new ballasts so decided to convert to these. They arrived just a few days after ordering and are installed. Looks good I like the 5000k color.

Lutron products were as described and the majority were in stock. One tem held up shipment of order but a quick email to Gordon Electric and the remainder of order was shipped and I received it two days. Remainder of order is on back order.
