One socket had a broken piece, but did not effect it from working.

Tried 4 times to enter ship to address - kept changing back to bill to address - call 800 # and was told to enter order as in and change ship to address in comment box

So far so good...please don't deliver to the school office! :)

Very easy to sign in and follow instructions.
One of the switches didn't work but I called customer service and the person was very prompt to help me.
He will be sending one to replace the one that didn't work. It will take a week to get it. I am very please with the order.

Neighbor recommended this product. Not able to obtain locally from any hardware store. Delivery was pricy but very very quick.
