This is a nuisance
With one item we are pleased still waiting on something my hubby ordered after that that still has not arrived. And we received no delivery email to track like the first item.

I called the 800 # to verify part was in stock and expected delivery date. Ron said the part was not in stock. I was given option for dropship direct from Broan for $4. I declined and decided to wait for UPS ground shipping. I orderded online. I received a order confirmation email with invoice and an acknowledgement email with contact information from Kris Kuttler immediately upon paying. I received a Shipping notification email when the part was shipped. Part arrived in about a week. The part arrived as stated. Package undamaged. Part undamaged. Part is new correct part. Part fits, is installed, and works. I saved $45 I would have spent had I purchased the same part directly from Broan. I will look here for any future electrical parts needs.
