Took to long to ship a switch plate that weighs less than.5 lb. Was missing a cover screw for the plate.

I contacted Gordon to confirm my order. By that time, the order was fulfilled, and I had a tracking number.

Everything went perfectly

It was fine.however, I would have liked to see my cart contents prior to filling out all the information.

Was pleased with delivery time.

My experience with Gordon electric was good but the broan fan motor mounting was defective. I assume that was a broan problem shipped to Gordon which until the fan and motor was installed one would not know there was a problem. The fan is warpped and interfered with the motor housing.
