Easy to find needed parts and easy to order

EASY TO USE WEBSITE.
The dimensions of the item should have been included in the specs on the website.
I took a chance that it would be what I wanted.
Fortunately, the product received was the correct size.
Delivery was on the day projected. The product was well packaged and arrived safely.

Only glitch was online order requirement to enter a dummy purchase order number. Sales told me what to do.

Found what I needed. You were only site with specs to confirm size. Very helpful. MParts looked even better that the picture and were very easy to install.

The parts were just what I needed, and delivery was super fast. (Pictures of the parts while ordering would have made me more comfortable that I was ordering the right part, but otherwise everything was easy.)

I had a good experience dealing with Gordon Electric and was very satisfied with the product. It would have been nice if the delivery time was shorter.

I am still waiting on a part I ordered more than 3 months ago. I called Gordon Electric Supply without success. One part I have received was slightly damaged before packaging but it does not show up while installed.

Fast looking, order, pay, done-never faster anywhere! Ordered before from competitor, you were one half of their time and your order was correct.

Glad you had the part, Amazon didn't have it in stock, and your price was better. Maybe I can finally fix the bathroom fan. Rec'd the fan, took longer than I thought but was told it had to come from somewhere else. Have not opened the box yet, hope it fits in place of the old one. Appreciate the follow up regarding delivery.
