First time user. Easy to use. Price is ok, but a little lower would be good. Need to actually receive the product to decide if total experience is good or bad. UPDATE: product arrived in a reasonable time. Product was in excellent condition and well packaged. Delivery cost at about $10 was about average but not as good as free, which is available at some internet sites. Product price was quite competitive with big box stores, but did not match "quantity discount" available at big box; in my case a relatively small amount of money. Email contact from Gordon Electric staff person, Margret Lamb, was most cordial and helpful. Will use this source again.

It took me a while to figure out exactly what I purchased to even give a review, it would be helpful to include the item purchased in the request for review. Other than that great service, even during the Christmas season.

This merchant charges your card immediately upon your order (not at time of shipment, aka Amazon). Not a big deal, but shipment does not leave their establishment for an five to seven business days, then tack on the the days required for ground transportation.
