Gordon Electric has competitive pricing, easy online ordering, and friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Shipping time was longer than I hoped for, but one of the parts was not in stock and needed to be ordered. My overall experience with Gordon Electric was excellent, I will use them again, and recommend them to anyone looking for competitive pricing and excellent service.

Prices and service are great but shipping shouldn't cost 40% of the price of a dimmer switch that weighs about one ounce, especially when replacing one previously purchased that failed.
