Product quality, value, and order accuracy were outstanding. Delivery time was terrible...probably due to extenuating circumstances...but communication regarding delays could have been better. Customer service agents are very courteous, helpful, and professional.

Great website but delivery was rather slow. When you need light bulbs you need them now, not in 2 weeks.

Ordering was easy. The problem was 1 item was out of stock and the whole order was being held pending the receipt of the 1 item. I had to call to find this out, no notice was sent. Gordon's was happy to ship a partial and follow up when the back ordered item came in, which they did...after I called. My entire order has been received.

Took Three tries as the information that you required name and address did not appear to the third try. Had to switch glasses three times, as the box never showed so I was just imputting the card infomation.

Sorry, but I hardly ever recommend any websites to anyone.
But I'll be back...Stuart

Fast easy and received product on time

A coupon code site seemed to link to yours, saying a discount plus free freight. Free freight didn't work, however, so only disappointment. Had part, good price.

It would be good if there was a shipping date estimate
