I filled out billing address and different shipping address when registering. Then when it came to checkout, the billing address showed up in the shipping address fields, so I had to fill it out again.

Box was literally falling apart.

I liked the way the categories are set up, when looking up products

My invoice didn't reflect the Illinois sales tax, but the tax was included on the charge card transaction.

It was good. Found what I wanted but I had to wait a while. It was not their fault as the item shipped from the manufacturer. They made sure I know up front though that it would be a few weeks so no surprises.
