I purchased 3 fan motors for 3 Nutone fans that are failing at my house. The good news is that your packaged came fast for us & we installed 1 the same day. Went to install the other 2 & unfortunately the model #'s are different so we can't use. You guys were great at sending me an RA to return the others. Wished I could buy the other 2 but Nutone/Broan discontinued the parts. My fan is only 9.5 years old (house is only 9.5 years old) so disappointed that I can't fix it & disappointed in Broan not supporting the parts. Gordon was awesome!
