Great Customer Service!
Very easy to order. User friendly website - I like that! I tried ordering the same part from another supplier and after a month I still did not have my part. First they sent it to California and then it was going to take two weeks to get it from the manufacturer and the story just went on and on. You guys were soooo quick - I loved it!
The picture that appeared as the product showed a whole set and case, in reality it was only a hole saw. Wasn't sure if the whole set was for sale or just one hole saw. The whole set was too good to be true, but with Internet shopping you never know.
