Apparently you were the only company which had these bulbs approved by Lutron for their switch. I would have liked to be able to use my order number and zip code to track the order on your site. I called and received good response from your customer service although I had emailed the day before and never received a response. The delivery time was good. The customer service person said they were mailed directly from Sylvania so you may not have had total control over the delivery time. Overall good experience and you have items which seemingly no one else has available. If I ever need something electrical that no one else has available I'll be certain to check with you. Thanks.

Yours was the only site that allowed me to place my order in a straightforward manner. These were the only dimmer switches I could find that would fit (two--side by side) into a standard double switch box. They are working beautifully.
The intermatic timer I received has three on and three off paddles. One of the on paddles doesn't turn on but instead gets stuck and the timer stops advancing.
The other two work as they should.
I'll give it a couple days, maybe bend the paddle a bit or replace it with one from the old timer and see if it starts working properly. This timer was new, not used, so I would expect it should work properly
