I had very good help with a replacement order I had to place since I ordered the wrong item. I am still waiting for the return label I was promised to return the first item ordered.
I am very pleased to receive the correct lense for my NuTone stove fan. I had ordered one through Amazon and they sent one which did not fit (it had two phalanges, one on each side, instead of the single long phalange on this one). I had excellent, and time consuming, help from a young lady clerk at Brighter Homes, a lighting store in Eugene, who tracked the right one down for me. The correct model number was available to the Amazon order as well as the to the local store.
The one sent through Amazon, was not only a non-fit, but they sent it without packing, it miraculously arrived unbroken in a thin gray plastic sack, so popular now with shippers. Yours was carefully packed and boxed. Thank you.
