I found delivery time to be excessive. Product shipped from Kankakee, IL and I had it delivered to Crestwood, IL. Took almost 2 weeks.

The filters are fine except that the aluminum frames come with a thick blue plastic protective coating that I have not as yet been able to remove. Please advise how to remove it easily.
